"Click, click, food."
Simple UI, good selection of restaurants, easy to repeat orders.

Rarely have issues. Time estimates are roughly correct. Orders are correct.

Fees etc, but still convenient enough.

"Trash"
2/3 orders cancelled. Hours of delays. No notification when some orders are cancelled. Some restaurants listed don't exist or don't take orders despite seamless accepting and "confirming" the order. Rude customer service.

Is seamless a scam or a legit company?

“Scam. Total scam. Check with your credit card company that they have billed your card accurately. Would never use Seamless again. Just order direct from the restaurant. OR, if you do use Seamless, confirm order with the restaurant by calling them for their confirmation.”
