"Surprisingly Fast Support"
I’m usually a little worried about getting fooled when I reach out to customer support, especially if I’m not sure how legit everything is. But they replied really quickly, which made me feel a lot better. The response was clear and helpful, and I didn’t feel like I was being brushed off

I ordered dinner through Seamless the food showed up fresh and still hot. The portions were solid too. I keep thinking maybe I just got lucky, but I’ve had a few good orders lately with no weird soggy stuff or anything, so I guess I’m happy with it.

I was really happy with my order. Everything I picked showed up exactly how it was supposed to, with no missing sauces or random wrong items. It’s always a good sign when a place gets the little details right, and this definitely made me feel confident ordering from them again.

"Seamless Is the Only App That Doesn’t Waste My Time"
I use Seamless all the time because, unlike a lot of other apps, it actually does what it’s supposed to do. The menus load fast, checkout is simple, and I can reorder without having to dig through a bunch of nonsense. if other delivery apps are frustrating, that’s on them, Seamless proves it doesn’t have to be hard. I rarely have trouble finding what I need, and it just works for me.

Seamless kept me in the loop from the moment I placed my order until it arrived. Compared to some other delivery apps I’ve used where I’m constantly refreshing and guessing what’s going on, this felt way easier. The texts and app alerts were clear, not excessive, and I could tell when the driver was getting close. There was one small delay, but they updated me quickly, so I wasn’t just sitting around wondering. It’s a simple thing, but it makes the whole experience a lot less frustrating...

"Easy to Use, with a Few Small Annoyances"
I’ve had a smooth experience using Seamless. It’s easy to browse restaurants I like and reorder from places I’ve used before, which is super convenient. The filters are decent, and checking out doesn’t take much time. That said, the app or website can feel a little slow sometimes, and it’s annoying when prices seem to change right at the end. Overall though, it’s simple, easy to use, and it gets the job done.

I use seamless a few times a month, and I kinda appreciate that the prices are usually clear before I place the order. I like being able to see the delivery fee, service fee, and taxes broken out instead of getting surprised at checkout. Sometimes the restaurant prices seem a little higher than they are in-store, which is kinda annoying, but at least the total is shown before I pay. I'd give it 4 stars.

I’ve used Seamless a handful of times, and from what I remember, the menus have been spot-on with the actual restaurants. I couldn’t tell you every single thing I ordered, but I do remember the prices and options lining up well, and I didn’t run into any weird missing items.

"Reliable, even if I feel a bit stuck with it"
I use Seamless often, mostly because it’s convenient and I feel kind of trapped in the habit at this point. That said, payments have been reliable for me. My card charges always show up correctly, and while one refund took longer than I expected, it did eventually come back. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

"Convenient, shockingly enough"
seamless has been reliable for me. Even late at night, when apparently cooking for myself is just too much to ask, I can usually find a place that’s still open and get an order in quickly. It’s nice to have around when I’m exhausted and need food without turning my kitchen into a whole project.

"Canceling was surprisingly easy"
I had to cancel my order after I realized I’d accidentally picked the wrong address. I was kind of expecting it to turn into a whole back-and-forth thing, but it was actually simple in the app. I got the refund notice quickly too, which was a relief. Not much else to say, honestly, it just worked and probably saved me a headache

“Scam. Total scam. Check with your credit card company that they have billed your card accurately. Would never use Seamless again. Just order direct from the restaurant. OR, if you do use Seamless, confirm order with the restaurant by calling them for their confirmation.”
